Where we come from
Etway was born in the heart of Trentino with a clear vision: to combine environmental sustainability, technological innovation and economic development in the field of energy. Our story is one of concreteness, research and an unwavering commitment to transforming infrastructure into tools of beauty and utility.
Our evolution is divided into three key stages:
Until 2017
SSP DEVELOPMENT.
Etway focused on the development of the Sound Solar Panel (SSP), the first patented photovoltaic noise barrier in Italy.
This solution represented a turning point in the infrastructure sector: by combining noise abatement and renewable energy production, it demonstrated that technology and sustainability can coexist, generating both environmental and economic value.

consolidation
The company went through a phase of consolidation. During this period, Etway operated in a focused manner, concentrating on selective installations and value-added technical interventions, while maintaining an agile and efficient structure.
This strategy made it possible to contain operating costs and ensure business continuity while preserving expertise and market presence.
From 2024
strategic revitalization
Etway has entered a new phase of strategic revitalization, oriented toward innovation and growth. We are participating in the European Sphinx project, alongside such outstanding entities as the Fraunhofer Institute, to develop sustainable energy solutions internationally.
It is in this context that the Salvaterra Photovoltaic Planter was born, a symbol of our renewed commitment: to make solar energy accessible, beautiful and integrable into every space.
