Research enters the space.

At the test site in Merdingen, Germany, SalvaTerra is part of the European SPHINX demonstrator. The planters are arranged in a U-shape, with vertical photovoltaic surfaces facing different directions: an installation designed to observe the behaviour of different configurations over time.

Corten and technology in real conditions.

The planter structure integrates the photovoltaic modules and space for greenery. The system is connected to the grid and the project’s data collection, linking electrical operation with exposure and environmental conditions.

A European development journey.

Etway contributes to the trial alongside SPHINX’s industrial and research partners. At the Merdingen site, the planters sit alongside the photovoltaic barrier demonstrators, with distinct functions and configurations. Fieldwork supports the product’s evolution and knowledge of its applications.
