A new idea of energy outside the company.
In the outdoor area of M10’s headquarters in Freiburg, SalvaTerra combines its Corten planter with vertical photovoltaic modules. The installation makes technology part of the workplace and gives an existing space an energy function.
Business premises and a place for experimentation.
The project is part of the European SPHINX programme and complements the research developed in Merdingen. The configurations installed in Freiburg are connected to the data acquisition system to observe photovoltaic operation in its real setting.
A reference for business spaces.
This case shows how energy generation and architectural integration can interact outside a building. The trial uses dedicated configurations; for new premises, layout, components and expected generation are defined for the specific project.
